Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had my wisdom tooth removed on last Thursday...Today is 4th day...I still have very big swelling and pain.I am nervous what to do...As I felt that there was something happened..My jaw is also stiffed very stiffed.There was a Cyst also removed. I attached my photo of face kindly help

My doc has adviced me for its extraction with a vibrating machine. Is it so painful because I am a teacher and I will have to teach naxt day

Canker sore comeback after 12days in same spot of tongue .First time canker sore heal with in 2days after that 12days later sore come back in same spot in tongue

I got my lower right molar tooth cracked while eating some hard stuff , it started paining and after 2 days it got chooped off and huge cavity can be seen underneath Dentist without examining properly treated rct but its been 3 weeks since final sitting , i still feel pain while biting They didnt even diagnosed for crack tooth just treated rct for cavity Anyone please suggest how should i proceed further ? Rct looks fine from xray but my point is that if pain is not going after 3 weeks of rct then is it something with tooth crack underneath enamel

My 20month old son has developed an overbite which gets a little on his lower lip. I have a overbite teeth but not on lips. His father has perfect teeth. So it's not in his genes. He has all his front teeth and 2 back teeths grown completely. We have been giving him soother since he was baby. And we have stopped its use recently. I can see the soother has done it's damage! How can we correct this overbite? Or will this correct on its own as these milk teeth fall and permanent teeth grow? His upper lip part has a slight but visible bulge. I regret giving him soother so much. Need guidance.

Hi Ma'am/ Sir, Around 12 days back , i got fever , sore throat, cough and body pain ..the feber persisted for almost 5 days with cough and sore throat..i took azithromycin 3 day course , ( felt like i had covid symptoms ) but all the symptoms got subsided . I started getting swelling above my 3rd molar in the buccal mucosa on both sides since almost a week , have difficulty in swallowing on one side along with chewing and pain on eaiting solid food ..i showed to one of the doctors , who told its a traumatic ulcer above the mucosa of the 3rd molar and its deep and painful..along with gum swelling and asked to get all my third molars extracted.he also told to ask for second opinion .. The doubt i have is what can be the etiology of this ulcer ? Is it due to my third molar or can be some other etiology as well... Pls clarify ..i am going to show it again on tuesday but before that i just wanted to know the cause for this .whether it can be of serious concern ?

My right side of the lip is slightly down compared to other side. And my chin is also slightly tilted. From now on which side should i chew ?
