Lower last wisdom tooth has to be removed. Adjacent decayed tooth has to be filled or root canal treated. You can consult through this for prescription of medication to relieve pain and for further details.

Hello I would like to inform you that based on your history and radiograph it seems like ur 3rd molar is impacted, and will not erupt normally. That is the main culprit for pain, so better to remove that ASAP. meanwhile u can have salt water saline gargles to reduce pain over gums. Bcoz of 3rd molar only , u might not be able to keep ur backside clean so 2nd molar has developed cavity and quite deep. So better to go for root canal treatment of same.
Next Steps
extraction of 3rd molar RCT of 2nd molar
Health Tips
proper brushing technique mouth rinse after every meals. flossing

You pain is in the second last tooth . It needs a root canal -ASAP . Th last tooth is the culprit . You finally need to remove it - surgically . Then go for a crown / cap over the second last tooth .
