Tooth pain ending 1 tooth
Dear sir age 31 male unmarried My teeth colour looks yellowish colour always and some little brown Even I do brush morning with tooth paste But all of sudden am having pain sevear sharp pain right side of ending tooth and I saw der is a some damage crack looks on teeth like bacteria 🦠 might be inside tooth Even if I drink normal water also I feel pain . I i can't  able to get proper sleep night time feeling more pain So pls advice what to do further and any tablet pls tell with helpfull tips If posible home remedies pls tell thanks

hello sir the problem you are reporting requires proper diagnosis and physical examination and this pain may be due to the pulpal damage of the tooth so we will need one x-ray for the tooth to come to a proper diagnosis and medications can be prescribed according to the situation because proper medication is required for such cases and no random medicine can be given for such cases and moreover brushing won't help in this scene because the problem lies within the tooth and not just on the surface

Tooth is decayed. Based on xray,it has to be filled. Take antibiotics and analgesics as per consultation. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions.
