At that age all your permanent teeth would have already come. However if the milk tooth was retained then the permanent tooth may be impacted or come in a wrong position. You will need a clinical examination and X-ray to check the position of the tooth. If that tooth is already present in the mouth you may need treatment to close the gap left by the milk tooth
