Tooth and Mouth Problems

I want my upper teeth needs to be straight  ,i want to known how much time it will take to correct it using braces and what is the cost involved

My brother's wisdom tooth broke as he was eating food and my doctor suggested removal of tooth after X-Ray as there was cavity on top of tooth as the gum was covering the tooth. He had no issues during removal and still in recovery. He want to ask as his wisdom teeth are still growing now, can he get an implant placed at place of removed tooth to prevent the upper tooth coming down and removed at last. He is not comfortable in tooth extractions. Also, is it normal for those teeth to be always removed ?

My tongue is quite normal, but after I eat spicy food I can see small white patches getting inflammation. I have a burning sensation for few seconds then everything goes back to normal. It's been over 3 months.

Every weak I suffer sore in mouth some time in lip some time in tongue please help me last one month I maintain mouth hygiene but sore come back frequently

I had a filling on right top side teeth. But doctor has not used any uv light for hardening. Whether is it a temporary filling or permanent filling.

I had canker sore inside mouth on bottom of lower lip 3 days ago... Even red dots ( tounge ulcer ) Tried many home remedies none of them worked... Please tell It pains a lot... I cant eat something i fell burning sensation ( just like when we eat too much spicy )

I noticed a swelling at hamular  region with slight redness around it , i feel palatal pain , sudden throbbing pain near ear , neck muscle pain same side and sometimes headache . Same slight swelling at other side around hamulus process . These all happened after my wisdom teeth extraction. I remember my mouth cause I had multiple infection episode last year . I went to my dentist and while examining my teeth he poked my gum with something pointed and then applied some sort of solution by cotton after the applying of which I experienced sensation and coolness? With what did he poke my gums and why did he did so? What was the thing which the dentists apply after such a procedure because I lost the taste of my taste buds for few hours. Kindly tell.
