Filled RC teeth hurted with pressure
I have done my Root Canal treatment 6 months back. But, the filling fell out within couple of weeks due to improper filling. I have consulted another doctor and he told me that RC to be repeated after taking X-ray. Now, I visited third doctor whom I trust. He took another X-ray and just filled the teeth without repeating Root Canal. But, the filled teeth hurted me with pressure one night and it was better in next day. Then, I met third doctor again. Then, doctor hit my teeth and I felt pain. Then, the doctor took another X-ray and told me that he didn't find any infection. I have attached the latest X-ray. Kindly check and let me know what caused the pain and whether RC to be repeated or not.

Get the filling done and make sure you don't feel any high points..the problem should subside..and then crown as soon a s possible..

Get another xray of tooth as it's not clear.if pain is there,it has to be re-rct done.

You must go back to your dentist to do the needful to complete your treatment with a cap on it

Hello!!! First of all Thank you for contacting me.
Actually there is no infection seen on x-ray but your chief complaint is pain so we need to reassess by taking another x-ray in different angulation because sometimes some nerves may be missing filled during treatment procedure
Next Steps
Firstly take different angulated x ray then either to repeat the treatment or else can subside with medication after X-ray taken
