Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have right upper corner . No two premolar and next molar. Was cavity .RCT was treatment. Stopped due to hypertension. Done extract. So there are gap in the tooth 3 teeth. Implant contradicted  for me. What next option left for parmanent tooth?

Suddenly my sister started to develop swollen gum in the lower jaw three weeks back now it's has been developed into a pus filled wound. Annexing before and after picture. She also have bleeding gums looking for an advice

I visited my dentist and after the xray it was found that i have horizontally impacted wisdom tooth in lower right area ( wisdom tooth not visible from outside , completely covered under the gum) . as of now , it's causing dull continuous pain around that area . My question is 1) Will i eventually have to get them removed ? 2) after the procedure do they stitch back the gum or stitch it partially like leaving a hole. 3) will i be unconscious during the procedure or numbed ?

An extra layer of gum has appeared on my molar and it's painful when I chew things. It's been 4_5 days and the condition has not subsided yet. I took antibiotics but it's still unaffected

My mother is a 64yo, her teeth look like this but she is not a regular tobacco/pan or any user. Just once or twice a year she takes pan, only in special occasions only. Never took alcohol as well. Since 3-4 says she is finding in her upper palate to be ulcerated/burning type feeling. I just took some pictures and thought it would be better to ask doctors. Attached it. Why is it happening to her? Please prescribe some medicines.

Today i had my filling done , but the doctor said that the cavity was severe and if again the pain occurred...I'll need to get an RCT done ... So can anybody please tell me that , if i would be needing RCT in how much time my tooth might start paining if I've got my filling done today at 11am .

Recently i observed bony growths on both sides of my lower mandible towards medial. i think 0.5 centimetre width in size. Kindly advise me what should i do. And please tell me wether the surgical process is done under local or general anaesthesia. Thankyou
