Hey you have rotten tooth. And it has become pus. What has spread to the root and what you call a pimple is actually a path between the root and the bone to drain the pus. Pimples develop as the infection progresses. and decreases when it decreases.in common man's language

Hi. If you have cavity & underneath that teeth, pus formation is happening that means the infection reaches into the roots. Even if you don't have pain, you should get the treatment done otherwise swelling can also occur extraorally. Mostly RCT with crown has to be done.
