My upper lip got swollen having a pimple with lot of pus,it's paining too much & getting bigger day by day,i have gone through internet & it says no medication but it's paining like hell please help.

visit a dentist and get it checked. you can do warm salt water rinses, this will give temporary relief from pain. get an x-ray done. there could be infection to the root of the tooth. you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

First of all the efforts should be made to drain out the pus .after which an x-ray can be taken to rule out the underlying cause of the drainage .if there is infection in the anterior teeth ...an rct should be done followed by a proper crwon.
