It may be some allergic reaction.stop using cool lips for some days and observe if there is any improvement

Cool lip is tobacco and harmful like all forms of tobacco.
The color may return to normal if you Haven't used cool lip for long or often.
Stop the habit it is very harmful , check with a dentist.
