There are deposits in between your teeth, use dental floss to clean in between your teeth.Generally due to tight contact between the adjacent teeth,it is not possible to reach the in between region through tooth brush.Which leads to dental deposits and change in teeth colour. And improper cleanliness is also a reason for loose gums.
