Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had swelling near both lower wisdom tooth area. I visited the dentist and they said that it's a wisdom tooth pain and I have to get those lower wisdom tooths removed. But the problem is I have an exam in one month and I am worried that if I get done this surgery before exams then it will cause an impact on my preparations. So my question is can I do this surgery after the exam or it's important to do it right now? I am attaching a  X-ray picture of my mouth please consult me that is it necessary to get the wisdom tooths removed or they grown perfectly?

From the past one week, I am noticing a white blister like lump on the inner wall of my upper lip which I can feel with my tongue. I went to see doctor today, they said it is mucocele and asked me to wait and observe. If it enlarges, then they will perform surgical excision of the same. Is it possible for the lump to go away on its own? How long will it take to go away? Will I require surgery for this in future? I am a occasional smoker and a bit worried about it. I have a jaw pain on one side. Some times it feels like my jaw is swallown. It is tender to touch. I have got OPG Xray done which I have attached for your reference. What can be the issue..?

For my tooth i am seeing mild pain continuosly because of weather. 3 years ago i have done crowning treatment.

I used to eat daily pan masala for that my teeth got tartar it became black n someone yellow , how i can remove it , now i left pan masala

25 days before wisdom teeth extraction was done but still pain in my inner cheeks are there and also numbness half lip as well as chin Is it normal
