Teeth gets decayed at any age.maintain good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth twice daily. If there is decayed tooth, get it filled. You can consult through this for further information.

Hello sir
You need to start brushing atleast once if you are not brushing twice and get a consultation done asap. As you explained you must be having multiple cavities in your teeth which needs to be addressed at an early stage.
Also you need to understand the importance of brushing and the techniques of brushing.
