Decaying front teeth
The front teeth are decaying and foods are being attached in the decaying part of teeth. It is black in colour. Can you suggest me what should I do?

These are dental caries. Treatment will depend upon the extent of cavities. X ray will be required to see the extent of cavity.

Condition shows decayed tooth.
Go for dental xray.
It suggest any infection present or not.
If infection is there go for root canal treatment.
If infection is not there filling should be done.

It is the tooth decay or caries
It can be filled through normal filling or rct depending on the depth of decay and if the tooth is not shaking that is mobility

if there is any pain there will be some infection otherwise sensitivity is common in this case

This is dental caries with front teeth & requires a clinical examination & investigation like a small xray called iopa for exact diagnosis & to determine it's extend in the tooth is. E how deep it is . for treating it visit dentist .
