Condition shows decayed tooth.
Go for dental xray.
It suggest any infection present or not.
If infection is there go for root canal treatment.
If infection is not there filling should be done.
It is the tooth decay or caries
It can be filled through normal filling or rct depending on the depth of decay and if the tooth is not shaking that is mobility
