Age 31 unmarried i having all of sudden pain on right side end teeth .and within a week tooth got looks damaged and it's day by day damage size is increasing why I don't understand.
And am having sharp pain and chilld feeling even drink normal water aswell
So pls advice why it happens and advice further what to do can i remove teeth even if i remove any side effects pls tell .
Or can I fill with fluid like cement filling .
Sometime am getting headche as well same side is it related to tooth pain
And I want to clean teeth like whitening I want what to do pls tell if possible charges in hyderabad

Your tooth is impacted and having deep carries too it can also affect your adjacent tooth.It's better to get the extraction done as soon as possible that can only solve your problem.

Your 3rd molar (wisdom tooth) looks in very bad condition. You need to get it removed (extracted) as it may cause swelling and more trouble to you in near future.
The pain in tooth and head is because of this tooth only.
There are no side effects of removing a 3rd molar tooth as it is not coming in the mouth in proper position.
You can’t fill this tooth with any fillings.
