Replacement of the extracted tooth is important as it promotes your adjacent tooth too tilt and the upper ipsilateral tooth to move downwards.Due to that phenomenon bone loss can also occurs, and creates food lodgement which is favorably the bacterial growth and infection. But the exact condition and diagnosis can be decided on the basis of thorough dental check up and X-ray examination. Then only a proper treatment plan can be done.

To know the cause of pain in adjoining area, get a thorough clinical check up done and get xray of the teeth.get tooth cleaned.if decayed, get it filled. Get missing tooth replaced with implant,if there's sufficient bone support. For any further assistance, you can consult through this.
