I want to extract my grossly decayed tooth of 2nd molar and i have a gum problem and i have inflammation on that area gingiva is inflammed

Grossly decayed tooth can be extracted. Since you have a problem with gums too, you need a clinical examination with full mouth radiograph.
Next Steps
Get an OPG and consultant a dentist preferably Periodontist.

Hi. Please get a required radiograph  for the infected tooth. Your dentist will put you on an antibiotic and plan the extraction . Don't worry it's a simple process and your dentist will discus it with you
