I m suffering from mouth ulcer and muh aana disease and I m taking bicosule capsule daily from last 7 days but wint get any effect from medicine so please suggest me what to do

I'm 23years Old Girl.Unfortunately My Lower Anterior Teeth(All 6) Are Rotten.2 Of Center Are Already Crowned,Adjacent 2 Of Both Sides Are Rotten.They Give Ugly Look To My Smile.Already I Have Stopped Eating So Many Things Due To Crowning.After Recrowning I Have To Give Up All My Normal Activities Like Tearing/Incising,Biting,Corns With Cob Etc.Im Depressed & Feel To End My Life Instead Of Living Like Old Lady.Nor Leave My Teeth Like This.Any Alternative To This?

Sir I am a tobacco user since 2 years and I found white patches on both side inside my mouth, which disappeared when I stretch muccous, these patches are painless .
