I am having severe toothache in and around wisdom tooth. I have taken 2 torix 90 in the last 6 hours. The pain is unbearable and not subsiding

I have thin film of deposit on my teeth near gums. Also gums are much lower than usual. I brush twice a day also gently, I also use mouthwash twice a day. I first noticed these deposits last year but as I brushed it used to go away. 2-3 weeks back I noticed my gums lowering down. Like a lot. I am afraid I will lose my teeth. I am not looking for any surgery or any procedures that could make my teeth more sensitive. Kindly help. Please.

I think my brother (22 years old) keeps cool-lip/khaini or a tobacco pouch under his lips. If I take him to a dentist, can he/she tell how frequently is he doing it and since when he's doing it? What should be done to get rid of it, if he's addicted and what are the most common withdrawal symptoms?
