My cannines have turned inwards can this be corrected & if yes in how much time ? I am 21 years old ?

My teeth are inside but it has gaps I don't want to use any braces I want to just close the teeth gaps without braces Plz help

I have an erupting wisdom tooth on the right lower jaw which has caused a severe cheek bite. I am not able to chew anything from past 4 days. I believe in self healing and do not wish to go for tooth extraction anytime soon. Can you help me with some natural methods to reduce cheek bites without extraction?
