Hi I have quit smoking and since then feeling acid reflux in chest and mount bad odour and problem in gums

I just got my braces off yesterday. I have to go to get my retainers in a week and 3 days. I noticed the next morning I woke up my teeth feel very loose and my wire very loose as well. It’s glued properly on but everything feels free and loose. Is it normal? Should I be worried about my teeth moving and I’d it normal to wait for over a week for retainers?

Are there any disadvantage on wisdom removel ??? As I have doubt on my doctor who extracted my wisdom tooth.. instead of treating it he extracted completely...

I had my braces taken off 4 days ago, my plates come next week. I’ve noticed my teeth feel loose and they look like they’re spacing. My last molar has turned inwards. I called my dentist but they said not to be worried they won’t move. What should I do? Will they move by next week?
