Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sometimes after eating certain foods or during my tongue swells a bit and I get red bumps and ucler type sores on both sides of my tongue. I was wondering what it could be? I've asked my allergist and he doesn't believe its allergies. It only happens during eating or right after.

It is the x-ray of my sixth left lower tooth. My doctor suggested RCT for this. I want to know if there are any options? I don't have much pain in it, and it doesn't feel very sensitive, it was previously filled with composite fillings. If RCT is suggested, should crowning be done?

Hello, I've had a lump on my top inner lip somewhat close to my actual lip in the right somewhat corner, however the lump is soft and is vividly pulsating. It's been there for about 5 / 6 days now. It's somewhat scaring me because of how it's pulsating. When I flip my upper lip to look beneath it you can see white vein lines which I'm assuming in the artery. The lump is somewhat sore but not severe just minor, when it's pushed it doesn't hurt, you can however feel lines inside of it.

Before I describe the problem if you are gonna answer in 1 word or recommendation is that issue is unclear and I should book an appointment with dentist than please don't answer this. So here is the issue, I have having cold tingling sensation on small part of one side of a tongue. What might be the possible causes of it?? If I answer is satisfactory , I will book an appointment to schedule a visit.
