Tooth and Mouth Problems

My upper rightmost tooth i.e. wisdom M3 is broken half way few months ago but not creating any problem at that time. Now there is pain and irritation in broken part . What to do

I have gone through tooth pain many times & it was manageable . But this is the first  time when I got swelling due to tooth pain . Left cheek is swollen badly. M really tensed. Can feel Pain too. Please help

My mother is wearing braces for 11 months and now she has a gap of half mm. Yet the doctor says there are gums between your gap and so he is insisting on removing the braces. my mother is upset on hearing this. What is the solution for this? She has a gap on upper middle teeth. The x Ray's and scan are showing that all are ok.

There is some jaw pain which is reaching till the ears while opening the mouth on the right side. There is a particular movement where it gets stuck and that time my right ear also pains because of that. My right side tooth are not paining. And this problem is there since a 2-3 months but now it is increased. What should I do?

My lower jaw has been slightly extented. Docter has suggeted me to udergo othognathic surgery. And he started the treatment by braces. Is it neccesary to undergo surgery when it gets corrected by braces and if not y do they use braces before surgery.

Hi An year ago I had RCT done for my tooth. Today I saw that tooth has broken to half. Currently I am not in a state to go to doctor atleast for Next 5 months. Does this creates any problems to the tooth that are next to the RCT done tooth. Please advise me what can be done?? What kind of concquences will be there if I don't meet doctor for next 5 to 6 months? Note: I am not having any pain at this point. Thanks Jay
