My gums has become red and teeth at lower jaw are visible that is root of teeth and also it is cracked a little ..I don't eat tobacco..what is the reason..also suggest what to do

Hi.. From what you are describing it looks like you have periodontitis with gum recession. Eating tobacco is not the only cause for it. They can be caused because of calculus or plaque build up, also because of trauma from occlusion or when because of high frenal attachment. You need to visit the dentist to find out the cause in your case

As per your words,it seems that you are having Gingivitis,the reason for that is improper brushing technique.
Visit your Dentist and ask for a Periodontist(Gum Specialist) or find the one near you.
Go for Scaling(Professional cleaning) and do ask your Dentist regarding proper Brushing Technique.

Gums may be red due to gingivitis. You may require scaling and polishing ( cleaning) of teeth. Superficial cracks are normal on teeth. You need to be examined to see if the crack is just superficial and staining may be there or it requires some treatment
