Tongue sore problem
Hello, From last 2 months i m suffering from tongue sores n inflammation. It was severe when it was started, i applied different types of ointments. Took becasule, vit C tab n gargles of hexidine mouthwash. Now i m taking SM Fibro once a day. Still not completely gone. What to do dr? Pl suggest.... Fearing of tongue cancer.... Dentist said it might be tongue bite or due to stree.

Tongue sores are caused due to different reasons and have to be evaluated thoroughly and sm fibre doesn't help in this situation

The sores may be due to various reasons such as aphthous ulcers or lichen planus or candidal infection and the treatment will differ. SM Fibro may not help. Consult an Oral Medicine specialist for diagnosis and treatment.
Next Steps
if there is burning sensation, rinse with Garbenz oral rinse and see if it helps.

If if has been persistent since past 2 months you should take a second opinion. Consult a good oral surgeon or oral pathologist
