Have sewelling in upper gums what medication for treatment before I consult doctor after returning from your in weekend

Hii iam 24 yr old gal im having severe tooth ache on left side upper side and also having pain on my upper cheeks too .. few month back i was having swoolen in my cheeks which doc said its mild sinus bt i didnt had any other problem .. bt since two days im hvaing pain in my uppper side of teeth and even upper side of cheeks too in the apples of cheeks .please tell me what it could be n how to get rid of this pain

Iam getting mouth ulcers on tongue regularly what should I do to recover this problem? Please suggest..
