Sore on tongue
Recently got these pimple looking sore on the tip of my tongue due which I am not able to eat anything and it hurts like anything. What should I do ?

Duration of the issue is more important, if it is less than 10 days and coming for the first time, it can be revealed with Dolo gel.. if it recurring frequently and not subsiding, then you have to visit a doctor

Please apply clenora gel/dologel CT over the affected area.avoid eating by that side,avoid stress and eating spicy,keep ur bowel clean and regular.

In case u have bitten ur tongue it can be a traumatic ulcer .... if not it’s just a stress ulcer (aphthous ulcer) . It should heal in 3-5 days. You may apply an anesthetic ointment before meals to avoid burning sensation.
