Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have wisdom teeth impacted as u seen in report, but dont know how many tooth impacted, i don't have any pain so it is best to remobe it now

My friend has a problem of an underdeveloped left maxilla and mandible due to which he has a deviated smile and nose and he is planning to undergo an orthognathic surgery to correct it but his parents are too anxious about it. And now they are both asking me to convince the other person. I wamt to know the possible complications during and post the surgery and also for how long will he need post operative care
