How many implants and the treatment plan depends on many factors. X rays need to be made to help in planning. The procedure will be done under anaesthesia so won't be painful. Post op pain will be there as in any surgical procedures but you will be prescribed pain killers to control it. The cost again varies with the type of implants and number of implants used
Next Steps
visit your nearby implantologist/ prosthodontist

The surgical procedure is done under local anesthesia so she will not have any pain. However antibiotics and painkillers are required for a few days. Your dentist will guide you.
