Salt water gargling will help u initially to get out of pain. Add a pinch of turmeric too. This would help out if u 've a gum infection. But if it's a decay tooth, Do meet a dr in person for a permanent solution.

Hi. Swollen gums and space between teeth indicates gum infection. Periodontitis. Visit a dentist he would advice an opg x Ray to check for any infection and the amount of bone loss. It would lead to loosening of your teeth so visit at the earliest.
