Hi I am 16 years old. Mouth ulcers are recurring in my mouth and they are very painfull. Sometimes they get burst and bleeding starts. Please tell me what to do to get relief from them ASAP.

What kind of color should I apply on my ulcers. Someone from here answered saying I should apply color but I didn't understand what does mean??

I never had a teeth gap (between my front teeth). I am 37 year old now. I visited a dentist 2 years back just when the gap started to widen and I was advised to wear retainer to keep the teeth in position and gap wouldn't increase. Presently the gap started to increase though I have been wearing the retainer since last 2 years. How can I stop it? I don't want to go for temporary fix.. is that okay to wear braces and fix it?
