Tooth and Mouth Problems

Is patanjali dantkanti toothpaste advisable to use? Since this is a new product, should we trust it? I don't select a product just by getting to hear that many people are using it. I need a toothpaste which make my teeth germ free and gives white teeth. That's it.

I have thin film of deposit on my teeth near gums. Also gums are much lower than usual. I brush twice a day also gently, I also use mouthwash twice a day. I first noticed these deposits last year but as I brushed it used to go away. 2-3 weeks back I noticed my gums lowering down. Like a lot. I am afraid I will lose my teeth. I am not looking for any surgery or any procedures that could make my teeth more sensitive. Kindly help. Please.
