I got my retainers a week after braces removal. During that week my two front teeth moved and spaced even with a bonded wire. . He said to wear the retainers to see if they'll correct my two front teeth. A day after wearing them I have pain in my front teeth and painful when brushing. Also after taking the plates off I have severe pain on my temple on the right side and in my jaw. My plate was causing some cuts on that come but why is it sore? is it safe to continue use?
