I have swelling in my upper part of gums from last 4 days. Can you please assist me on this.is it normal or should i consult to a doctor?

I have white lesions on the inside of the cheek, gum inflamtion, gum bleeding, gum recession some plaque formation and bad breath...

Today Casually I put a pen between my front teeth and unfortunately small part of my teeth broken. No pain at all but looking so weird. Now looking for some advice what treatment can be taken with no risk. Attach the image. Thanks!
