Recently got these pimple looking sore on the tip of my tongue due which I am not able to eat anything and it hurts like anything. What should I do ?

I have a glued wire on my top and bottom teeth. I had to wait a week for my retainers and during that week my front teeth opened 1mill. My dentist was very confused why my teeth had opened. He said that I have to wear my retainers full time to hopefully close my gap. Ive noticed now that the glued retainer has been and made a v between the gap of my front teeth. The retainers are very tight and my front teeth are very sore. Is it fine to have the glued retainer bent in the gap of my front teeth?

I have a mild crowding in my front 2 upper and lower teeth and minute misalignment in front 3 upper and lower teeth also upper and lower teeth didnt pack well. Some doctor asked to wear metal brace and some asked their is no need to wear brace the problem can be solved by plate brace in which plate is attached above tongue and 1 wire on teeth.
