Third molar tooth is relatively tough one to extract and the trauma is relatively more compared to normal tooth extraction. It is advised to continue medicines and wait for 2-3 days.
Next Steps
Ask your dentist for some topical gel or Becosule-Z capsules ( If required). Ulcers will go on their own in few days.
Health Tips
Try to have soft and cold diet from opposite side. Avoid touching the wound with tongue or finger.

Dont worry about the ulcers they will heal with time... But the concern is u shouldnt have any pain. If pain is there then either some root piece will be there or surrounding tooth might have caries. U just do warm saline rinses

You need to wait for two to three days more, so that your pain will be relieved and if the pain is severe you can take painkiller which was prescribed after extraction... And ulcers it will heal by itself or you can ask your Dentist for a gel to apply on it...
Health Tips
Avoid hot and spicy foods it will aggravate the pain and the ulcer...

Wait for 2-3 days, the pain should reduce. Ulcers could be due to medication also. They will heal slowly. You can apply hexigel or dologel
