After removing of crowns in upper teeth..is braces should close the gaps??

My last molar teeth of the right below gum was extracted as there was less space for the teeth to grow 5-6 years before. It took 2 months to heal up the empty space after extraction and I experienced heavy pain time to time when I got cold and took antibiotics to for it from doctors but it came again and again, scanning and x-ray was normal.Now there is always dull pain (irritation) just after the second last molar teeth and it increases if I get cold drinks or be outside of home at the air.Not sure pain is coming from the extracted location or from the right surface of the second last molar teeth.

My brother consume 20 pkts of pan masala amd tobacco each day for 2 years, how can we help him to overcome these addiction, and what are her chances of being developed serious diseases

My Mother's Frontal Lower Central Teeth Were Crowned With PFM Caps.She Gave Up Using All Anterior Teeth (12).She Is Diabetic & Adjacent Teeth Also Got Carries Infection.Her Dentist Advised That Dental Bridge(8teeth) Will Be Best Solution.She Can Resume Back At least Normal Chewing & Biting.What To Do?
