Hello sir, if you have severe pain then please consult a proper x ray will be taken which will more specifically tell you about the problem ,treatment options will be given and proper medication will be given .please avoid self medication it would work for the time but is harmful for long run. Thank you

If you are having severe pain you should consult your dentist and get the check up and in regard to x ray your treatment can be suggested

You have dental caries. Visit a dentist. The dentist will examine the tooth and advice treatment accordingly. Treatment may include root canal treatment or extraction depending upon the severity of caries. The dentist will also prescribe you medication for the pain and fever.

hi,you should go to dentist as early as possible. becoz pain is the symptom of any infection that needs to be taken care.you can take Dolo 650 just to relieve from fever and body pain also it relieves temporarily the tooth pain.After that you consult nearby dentist for proper remedy.

Kindly, visit a dental clinic as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can take paracetamol to abate fever and pain.
Removal of root cause is necessary to be free from pain. Hence dental treatment is recommended.

And please describe the pain and duration with onset
Ketrol will help u relive from pain but a dentist's help would get you the appropriate treatment.

Initially take ketorol dt dissoved in one fourth glass of water and then go to dentist and start eith antibiotics and go for x ray
