This extraction of teeth is mostly required in ortho treatment. Generally in cases of spacing v dont require extraction but in crowded cases v need to go for extraction

Hi, during orthodontic procedures if the required spae is nit available then extraction of teeth is done which will be used by the other teeth and then a proper alignment will appear and it is normal sir and will not have any side effects.thank you

Removal of anterior teeth is one of the modalities of resolving space discrepancies, although a rarely used one.
Very limited indications are there for such treatment plan.

This is true that we have to get the extraction of teeth so to get the space for the alignment of the teeth which will not effect any of your chewing or smile

During your ortho treatment, if you don't have enough space for alignment, we plan for extraction of your premolars to gain space... So you don't have to worry about extraction because after the treatment is completed, you will have a properly aligned teeth...
