Right side of the mouth(inside) pains and due that pain my ear is hurting too. What should I do ?

Is it okay to remove a 2 foreteeth to align the teeth's via braces ? Thank you

Hi doc, I have hypothyroid,I  want to ask why there is  lot of gap between my downward  tooths, till teenager they were good but as im getting older the gap has increased. The size of the tooths are same.  Is it because of Gluten intolerance ? Or something else?

I have tmj disorder problem. For this I can't do anything like talking, eating etc easily. I have watched carefully that due to this problem the symmetry of my face has been changed I.e. My looks has been charged heavily. All the muscles around cheeks are tight and tensed. Can tmj disorder problem can effect my looks? If yes what is the solution for this problem?
