Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had a root canal to put on a dental cap on my lower lateral incisor for cosmetic reasons. The tooth was perfectly healthy prior the treatment but every since the root canal the tooth has been very sensitive to pressure that I can't even touch it with pain and I can't even take a bite with it. I had visited my dentist several times and she said there was no infection and slight soreness is expected post root canal treatment. But it's been nearly 7-8 months and it's still just as painful as day 1. Now I regret even getting the cap. What could be the reason for this pain? And how do I cure it?

I see a tiny black spot on my tooth. It was there when I had my last filling in February. My dentist checked and made sure that that spot wasn't a cavity. It is possible to have become a cavity between February and now? Also if so how can I feel to know if it is a cavity or not?

Hello! I'm 48 years female. I have a lot of spaces between my teeth, lower and upper both. The spaces have increased with age also. The upper set of teeth are also coming out. Though I have no problem of gum bleeding. I was advised tongue excerise at AIIMS and dr.advised for braces too.The waiting time for braces to be put is almost 2 years.
