Tooth and Mouth Problems

I recently got into a new relationship and my partner tells me I have bad breath. I have never been told this by my friends or in my previous relationships. I got treatment for gingivitis in March and got my upper wisdom teeth extracted. I don't have bleeding gums now, but my teeth feel sensitive close to my gums. I have breathing issues from chest congestion but only when I get a cold. According to my partner, my bad breath sometimes comes from the nose but sometimes also from my mouth and it smells acidic. Whom should I consult for this issue, dentist or gastroenterologist?

I have severe gums ache.. can I take almox 500 ? Please suggest .. thank you.

I ot my braces off 6 days ago, i have a glued wire on my top and bottom teeth. My plate is due to come in tomorrow (1week since braces off). I have to go in to get my retainer on friday (3 more days). Since them I've noticed a small gap in between my front teeth, small gap on a tooth next to my front tooth. My back molars were sore since the first day but now i've noticed my front teeth are very sore when I bite. My ortho has no appointments, will my teeth be fine by friday? treatment for gap?

Hi Doctor, both my lower wisdom teeth are decayed severely( for one of the tooth, only outer shell is there). I wore braces when I was young but I have gaps in teeth now. Also, my smile is crooked. If the wisdom teeth is extracted will it solve the crooked smile or is that something different? My jaw line is also bad. Let me know if this can be fixed? Thank You.
