Bruxism Teeth Grinding - Need solution
I have a habit of grinding my teeth in sleep. Especially the molar teeth. This makes my teeth hurt a lot after waking up. What is the reason and solution for this?

It is due to stress.. Solution is have a soft splint night guard..during sleep..

You have bruxism, the main cause for bruxism is stress. The best solution to the problem is getting a night guard which will prevent the teeth from grinding and will also relieve the stress on jaws. Visit a dentist near you.

Hello mam, The reason may be stress primarily and the treatment is a night gaurd that is a soft splint .
