Please consult a dentist and get the appropriate medication and use it. Do not self medicate . The probable treatment is root canal treatment.

Don't neglect.. consult dentist immediately..your tooth is infected..for root canal treatment has to be started immediately.. take antibiotic Augmentin 625 mg and pain killer aceclofenac 100 mg for immediate swelling reduction and pain relief

It's due to infection.please visit a dentist . Don't medicate the kid urself.
