They break late - because this is these days a trend seen in kids. Their teeth are breaking late, the kids are eating more of refined foods like - fruit as juices, soft cornflakes, and other soft fast foods. They are not helping the natural process of exfoliation. Others came at back- because they dint get their space to come. Teeth shape - this issue will resolve, or u can understand that this is not right age to address. Right now what is her age, if it is 10 years then wait for another 2 years and this will be aligned by braces. Braces treatment is optimally done when all milk teeth exfoliated or goes out. That age is 12 to 13 years.
Next Steps
you should consult the dentist for a proper clinical examination.
Health Tips
proper oral hygiene - two times brush teeth.

You should consult a dentist. If required, the dentist may suggest an orthodontic opinion.
