Upper part of the throat has become red
From past 2 days.the upper part of the throat has become red and I m unable to eat anything.. It is like something has stuck in my throat..and on the lower side also there is some portion has become red with small kind of bubbles where the food enters into stomach

Your description sounds like you have a sore throat. The bubbles are also a feature of upper respiratory infection.
Next Steps
Do warm salt water gargling. You can take dolo 650, especially if you have fever. Also take Cetrizine 10 mg tablet twice a day. PL consult a physician too.
