My upper frenulum connecting the upper lip section and gums is swollen and i feel moderate pain.
Its present for more than a week.
Can anyone please suggest what it is and what to do?

THE SWELLING AND PAIN IN FRENULUM MAY OCCUR DUE TO DIFFERENT REASONS LIKE TRAUMA (even from vigorous brushing that might have hurt it),HOT FOOD /WATER ,ULCER.
Regular visit and check up for Oral health is equally important
Scaling and polishing means cleaning of teeth must be done by dentist at least every year
