No isssues at all... This tooth can easily be saved. If tooth is not paining much go for deep restoration with dical base but if pain still persist then go for rct and capping of the tooth

This tooth you can do a root canal, put a crown on it and save the teeth... Don't have to remove the teeth, but save your natural teeth... Consult your Dentist take x-ray and start the root canal treatment...
