I have a sore in my upper gem for last around more than a month, earlier I thought it may be wound by some hot foods but now it seems something different, what it can be and what is treatment.

Could be related to an infected tooth. Many times these can be painless. Consult a dentist and get an X-ray done. It is important to check out any non healing sore in the mouth
