  4. Sore Throat since 1 week. For a while.

Sore Throat since 1 week
I have sores on my mouth and redness on my tongue and slight pain on left side of my throat. I am having troubles swallowing and there are sore like wounds on the upper right side of epiglottis. I have also been constipated for a while.
