I have been suffering from tooth problem having little bleeding gems while brushing the tooth, it has been almost 8-10 years.
What could be the reason and how it can be fixed.
Please suggest.

You have a swollen gums. In chronic condition you get bone loss surrounding teeth, resulting mobility in teeth and spontaneous bleeding when brushing and also sensitivity. you need scaling and Root planning.
